Health Centers are currently focusing efforts to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, HRSA has indicated that it does not plan to extend the deadline for the FTCA deeming application, currently due May 14, 2020. Join us as we explain HRSA’s recently issued FTCA Application and PAL, which contain new requirements to receive FTCA coverage. This webinar will discuss the new requirements and explain how they are changed from the prior requirements. We will also include tips on how FQHCs can meet the CY 2021 FTCA application requirements.
