For existing PACE Programs, we provide a complete range of services to meet their legal needs, including but not limited to, corporate, transactional, regulatory, reimbursement, compliance, employment, and litigation services. For clients that wish to become PACE Programs, we advise them on federal requirements and process, as well as the complex state regulatory requirements and process, and the inter-play between the two. In doing so, we work with our clients and their consultants in structuring the various aspects of the proposed arrangement, and engage regulators to assist with having a smooth and efficient application process.
