Robert Andrew Wild, founding partner and chairman,

Andrew E. Blustein, partner/director and chair of
the Health Care Information and Technology and Insurance
Regulatory Practice Groups, is also co-chair of the
HIPAA Compliance Group and a member of the Health Care,
Business, and Compliance and White Collar Defense
Practice Groups. His practice includes the
representation of hospitals, physicians, clinics and
other healthcare industry-related clients (both for
profit and not-for-profit). He also assists insurance
companies and other clients in developing provider
networks and in addressing various regulatory issues.

Roy W. Breitenbach, partner/director and co-chair of
the Litigation & Arbitration Group, is also a member of
the Appellate Litigation, Environmental, and Personal

or other disputes, “business divorces,” complex

Judith A. Eisen, partner/director and chair of the
Finance and Real Estate Practice Group, co-chair of the

Michael J. Keane, partner/director and co-chair of

Doris L. Martin, partner/director, is chair of the
Personal Services and Estate Planning and Tax Practice
Groups. She is also co-chair of the Discharge Planning,

process. As a member of the Business Practice Group, he
also advises clients on a broad array of corporate and

Hayden S. Wool, partner/director and a member of the
firm’s Health Care, Business and Compliance and White
Collar Defense Practice Groups, advises clients on a
variety of business, regulatory and transactional
issues. Mr. Wool’s practice includes the structuring of
hospital physician relationships, physician group
relationships, review of the structure of business
transactions for compliance with Federal and State
regulatory matters, as well as issues regarding proper
reimbursement for healthcare activities. Mr. Wool has

Barry B. Cepelewicz, partner and a member of the

Groups, represents health-care related entities in
transactional, regulatory, and litigation matters,
including the creation of large single and
multi-specialty group practices and other joint
ventures, and the defense of providers in State and
Federal investigations. Mr. Cepelewicz holds dual
degrees in law and medicine, providing a unique
perspective to providers (including physicians and
hospitals) on health-care related matters. Mr.

John G. Martin, partner and a member of the firm’s
Litigation and Arbitration, and Compliance and White
Collar Defense Groups, handles a broad array of civil,
regulatory and criminal litigation matters. Mr. Martin’s
practice includes representation of both individuals and

with state and federal regulatory and criminal

Lauren M. Levine, partner and a member of the
Litigation & Arbitration Practice Group, represents

disputes through all phases of litigation. Her practice
also focuses on employment law, defending clients
against various types of employment claims, including
discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage claims,
breach of employment contract and defamation. Ms. Levine
also has experience in representing hospitals in medical
staff credentialing and peer review matters. This is the
second year Ms. Levine has been listed in New York
Rising Stars.
Jacqueline H. Finnegan, senior attorney, is a member
of the Health Care and the Compliance and White Collar
Defense Practice Groups. She advises hospitals,
physicians and other health care providers on a wide
range of regulatory and compliance matters. Her practice
focuses primarily on health care fraud and abuse issues,
including representing providers in government audits
and investigations, advising providers on reimbursement
matters, and developing corporate compliance programs
for providers. This is the second year Ms. Finnegan has
been listed in New York Rising Stars.
Justin M. Vogel, senior attorney, is a member of the
Litigation and Arbitration Practice Group. Mr. Vogel's
practice includes all aspects of commercial litigation
and Alternate Dispute Resolution in New York State and
federal courts. Mr. Vogel is a member of the Nassau
County Bar Association and sits on the Commercial
Litigators and Young Attorneys committees.
