Robert Andrew Wild, founding partner and
chairman, represents an array of national and regional

clients in other industries. His practice primarily
focuses on complex transactions for health care
providers, including regulatory, compliance, mergers and
acquisitions, antitrust, reimbursement, professional

Fredrick I. Miller, partner/director and chair
of the Health Care Practice Group, is also a member of
