Robert Andrew Wild,
founding partner and chairman, represents an array of
national and regional health care provider institutions,

mergers and acquisitions, antitrust, reimbursement,
professional conduct issues, patient issues, real

the Nassau Interim Finance Authority, and a board member

Andrew E. Blustein,
partner/director and chair of the Health Care
Information and Technology and Insurance Regulatory
Practice Groups, is also co-chair of the HIPAA

Practice Groups. His practice includes the
representation of hospitals, physicians, clinics and

Roy W. Breitenbach,
partner/director and co-chair of the Litigation &
Arbitration Group, is also a member of the Appellate

“business divorces,” complex commercial and real estate

Judith A. Eisen,
partner/director and chair of the Finance and Real
Estate Practice Group, co-chair of the HIPAA Compliance

variety of business, regulatory and transactional
matters. Ms. Eisen’s practice focuses on the

Michael J. Keane,
partner/director and co-chair of the Litigation &
Arbitration Group, is also a member of the Appellate

alternate dispute resolution needs. His practice

Doris L. Martin,
partner, is chair of the Personal Services and Estate
Planning and Tax Practice Groups. She is also co-chair
of the Discharge Planning, Patient Rights and Elder Law
Practice Group and a member of the Business and Finance
and Real Estate Practice Groups. She advises clients on
all aspects of estate planning, administration, and

Fredrick I. Miller,
partner/director and chair of the Health Care Practice

providers, with emphasis on corporate governance,

Burton S. Weston,

Jacqueline H. Finnegan,
senior attorney, is a member of the Health Care and the
Compliance and White Collar Defense Practice Groups. She

providers on a wide range of regulatory and compliance
matters. Her practice focuses primarily on health care
fraud and abuse issues, including representing providers
in government audits and investigations, advising
providers on reimbursement matters, and developing
corporate compliance programs for providers.
Lauren M. Levine,
senior attorney and a member of the Litigation &
Arbitration Practice Group, represents clients in a wide
variety of commercial and business disputes through all
phases of litigation. Her practice also focuses on
employment law, defending clients against various types
of employment claims, including discrimination,
harassment, retaliation, wage claims, breach of
employment contract and defamation. Ms. Levine also has
