Robert
Andrew Wild, founding partner and chairman of GW,
represents an array of national and regional health care
provider institutions, companies, practitioners and
not-for-profit groups, as well as clients in other
industries. His practice primarily focuses on complex
transactions for health care providers, including
regulatory, compliance, mergers and acquisitions,
antitrust, reimbursement, professional conduct issues,
patient issues, real estate, graduate medical education
and more. He was formerly an adjunct professor of
health law at Hofstra University Law School and Asst.
Clinical Professor of Health Law at Stony Brook
University.

several years. He is a frequent lecturer and author in

Fredrick I.
Miller, Partner/Director and head of GW’s Health Care
Practice Group, specializes in the representation of
hospital and other health care providers, with emphasis
on managed care, compliance, corporate governance,
corporate and hospital/physician matters. He has also
served as Counsel to the New York State Health Planning
Commission.
Along with
being included on the Best Lawyers list for three years,
Fred Miller has also been selected for inclusion in
Super Lawyers and was featured in “Ones to Watch” in
Long Island Business News and “Who’s Who” in Attorney of
Nassau County.
