Robert Andrew Wild, founding partner and chairman of GW, represents an array of national and regional health care providers, institutions, companies, practitioners and not-for-profit groups, as well as clients in other industries. His practice primarily focuses on complex transactions for health care providers, including regulatory, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, antitrust, reimbursement, professional conduct issues, patient issues, real estate, graduate medical education and more. He was formerly an adjunct professor of health law at Hofstra University Law School and Asst. Clinical Professor of Health Law at Stony Brook University.

Mr. Wild has been included in Super Lawyers for three years, has been named by Nightingale’s Healthcare News as one of the country’s “Outstanding Hospital Lawyers”, was selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America for 10 years, as well as being selected for inclusion in Chambers and Partners as America’s leading business lawyer in “Health Care” for the past several years. He is a frequent lecturer and author in the field of health care law and has addressed a broad variety of professional organizations and health care providers.

He is currently Chair of the Board of United Way of Long Island and is on the Advisory Board of United Cerebral Palsy of Nassau County and on the Board of the Long Island Chapter of the American Heart Association. Mr. Wild is also a member of the Board of St. John’s Law School Alumni Association and Chair of the Audit Advisory Committee for Nassau County.

Fredrick I. Miller, Partner/Director and head of GW’s Health Care Practice Group, specializes in the representation of hospital and other health care providers, with emphasis on corporate governance, managed care and dispute resolution, compliance, corporate transactions and hospital/physician matters. Mr. Miller is a frequent lecturer and a former member of the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan New York Chapter of HFMA. Mr. Miller has also been included in Super Lawyers for three years and is also listed in the 2010 edition of The Best Lawyers in America.

Michael J. Keane, Partner/Director and Co-Chair of the firm’s Litigation and Arbitration Group, is also a member of the Corporate Reorganization and Bankruptcy and Technology Practice Groups. Mr. Keane handles clients’ pre-dispute, litigation and alternate dispute resolution needs. His practice includes a variety of commercial matters, as well as a large volume of healthcare industry disputes. He has arbitrated and tried contract and corporate disputes, real estate and construction matters, antitrust cases, civil rights cases, insurance disputes, and maritime actions. Trained as a mechanical engineer, his technical background proves particularly useful in construction, software, mechanical/power system, and similar hi-tech cases.
