Physicians, Third Edition." Steven Antico and
Kimberly Kempton-Serra co-authored the Chapter on "Tax
Principles Concerning Buy-outs and Related
Post-Withdrawal Compensation Issues," while Andrew
Blustein and Steven Chananie wrote the chapter,
"Compliance, Compliance Plan, and Process for the
Physician Practice," with assistance from Nora
Colangelo. Each had contributed to the previous
edition as well. Copies of the book are available
through the

Officers incorporating these targeted areas into their
own internal auditing plans to reduce waste, abuse, and
mismanagement. |
