March 10, 2015 - Judy Eisen will be the moderator of a CLE class at the Gitenstein Institute at the Hofstra University Club entitled "Puff the Magic Medicine:  The Medical Marijuana Movement."  This program qualifies for 2.0 transitional/nontransitional CLE credits in Ethics and Professionalism.  The North-Shore LIJ Health System designates this live activity for a maximum of 2.75 AMA PRA Category 1 credits.  To learn more, click here.

November 13, 2014 - Lourdes Martinez will team up with HCCS to present a complimentary webinar on the OIG's Work Plan for 2015. Ms. Martinez will provide an overview of the OIG's key focus areas for auditing Medicare and Medicaid Programs and the importance of health care Compliance Officers incorporating these targeted areas into their own internal auditing plans to prevent and reduce the potential for fraud, waste, and abuse.
