Chananie will speak at the New England Healthcare
Internal Auditors Fall 2011 Conference. The
conference will be held November 30 - December 2 at
the Marriott Mystic Hotel and Spa in Groton, CT. His
presentation entitled "The Compliance Outlook for
2012/Strategies for Managing the Risks," will focus
on the False Claims Act, the Anti-kickback Law, and
the Stark Law. Mr. Chananie will discuss the
increased attention that healthcare providers have
been receiving from federal and state auditors and
provide strategies for managing the risk of exposure
to a government audit and for implementing an
effective compliance program.
