The Federal Health Resources
and Services Administration (HRSA) has issued a Funding
Opportunity Announcement, soliciting applications for
New Access Point (“NAP”) grants under the Federally
Qualified Health Center (“FQHC”) program.

to Congressional appropriations, HRSA anticipates
awarding approximately $19 million to support
approximately 25 grants in FY2013. Applications may be
submitted from new organizations or current FQHCs. The
initial portion of the application is due by February
27, 2013. As you may know, these opportunities to apply
for FQHC funding do not arise often.
GW has scheduled a

PM to discuss this announcement and application, and the
