OMIG Mandatory Provider Compliance Certification
Must Be Signed by December 31, 2009 |

If your group practice
receives annually $500,000 or more directly or
indirectly from the Medicaid program, the group must
certify to the Office of Medicaid Inspector General
("OMIG") that the group has adopted, implemented and
maintains an effective compliance program that meets the
requirements of Social Services Law Section 336-d and 18
NYCRR Part 521.
