Biography
Wilhelmina de Harder is an associate at Garfunkel Wild, P.C. She joined the firm in 2005 and is a
member of the Litigation and Arbitration Practice Group,
advising clients on a wide range of commercial
litigation and employment matters.
Prior to working at Garfunkel Wild, P.C. Ms. de
Harder was a litigation associate at Willkie Farr &
Gallagher and Torys LLP.
Ms. de Harder received her law degree from Cornell
University Law School in 1998 and her undergraduate
degree from New York University in 1990.
