Biography
David E. Zabell is an Associate at Garfunkel Wild, P.C.,
which he joined in 2011. He is a member of the firm’s
Health Care practice group, which advises clients on a
host of business, regulatory, and transactional matters.
Prior to joining Garfunkel Wild, Mr. Zabell was an
associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where he
was a member of Simpson Thacher’s corporate practice
group with an emphasis on private equity fund formation
and management.
Mr. Zabell received his B.S. in Biology from the
University of Michigan in 1999, his MD from New York
Medical College in 2003 and his J.D., cum laude, from
Brooklyn Law School in 2006, where he was a Notes &
Comments Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review. |
