Biography
Dayna B. Tann is an associate at Garfunkel Wild,
P.C., which she joined in 2011. She is a member of the
firm’s Litigation and Arbitration Practice Group, which
represents clients in all phases of civil litigation
before both state and federal courts, as well as
alternative dispute resolution bodies.
Ms. Tann
received her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University
of Scranton in 2005, and her J.D. from St. John’s
University School of Law in 2010, where she was a Notes
and Comments Editor of the St. John’s Law Review. Prior
to joining the firm, Ms. Tann worked as a judicial
fellow for the Honorable Leonard B. Austin at the New
York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second
Department.
