Biography
Alex Santee is an associate at Garfunkel Wild, P.C.,
which he joined in 2011. He is a member of the firm's
Business and Health Care Practice Groups, which advises
clients on a host of general commercial and health care
matters, including mergers, sales and acquisitions of
various health care entities, business structuring,
federal and state law regulatory compliance, tax issues,
technology contracts, and employment and equity
ownership agreements for practices and health care
facilities.
Mr. Santee’s
practice includes mergers, sales and acquisitions, and
governance and employment agreements for hospitals,
physicians, managed care companies and other health
industry clients.
Mr. Santee
received his J.D. from Villanova University School of
