Biography
Michael D. Saily is an
Associate at Garfunkel Wild, P.C., which he joined in
2011. He is a member of the firm’s Health Care, Health
Care Information and Technology, and Business Practice
Groups, which advises clients on a host of business,
regulatory, and transactional matters.
Prior to joining Garfunkel
Wild, Mr. Saily was an associate at Simpson Thacher &
Bartlett LLP, where he was a member of Simpson Thacher’s
corporate practice group with an emphasis on private
equity fund formation and management.
Mr. Saily received his B.S.
in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in
1999 and his J.D., magna cum laude, from New York Law
School, where he was a member of the New York Law School
