Biography
Fredrick I. Miller, who joined Garfunkel Wild, P.C. in 1986, is a Partner/Director and Chair of the firm's Health Care Practice Group. His practice focuses on the representation of hospitals and other health care providers, with emphasis on managed care, compliance, corporate governance, corporate and hospital/physician matters.

Admitted to practice law in New York and California, Mr. Miller is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York  and the State Bar of California. He has also served as Counsel to the New York State Health Planning Commission.

Mr. Miller received his B.B.A. in 1971 from Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University and a Master of Public Health in Hospital Administration from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1973. Mr. Miller received his J.D. in 1976 from the University of California at Davis, where he was a Member of the Board of Editors of the Law Review.
