Biography
Jordan M. Freundlich is an associate at Garfunkel
Wild, P.C., which he joined in 2003. He is a
member of the firm’s Litigation and Arbitration Practice
Group, which handles litigations and settlement
negotiations for clients on a wide variety of matters.
Mr. Freundlich’s practice includes litigating
commercial, contract, False Claims Act, defamation,
discrimination, mental hygiene, and various other cases
for hospitals, physicians, managed care companies and
other health industry clients.
Mr. Freundlich has defended several hospitals in qui tam
suits brought by individuals under the Federal False
Claims Act.
Prior to joining
Garfunkel Wild, P.C., he was
a member of the litigation department of Reboul,
MacMurray, Hewitt & Maynard in New York City. He also
interned for the Honorable Denis Hurley in the Eastern
District of New York.
Mr. Freundlich received his B.A. from the University of
Michigan in 1996 and his J.D. from University of
Pennsylvania Law School in 1999. |
