the Litigation and Arbitration Practice Group. Mr.
Chronakis' practice includes all aspects of New York and
New Jersey federal and state litigation and alternative
dispute resolution. He represents hospitals, physicians,
medical practice groups, managed care companies, as well
as clients outside the health care industry. Mr.
Chronakis has considerable experience with ERISA
litigation, restrictive covenant disputes, managed

and representing physicians in insurance fraud
prosecutions and white collar criminal prosecutions.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Chronakis was an
associate in the health care litigation section of the
Princeton, NJ office of Reed Smith, LLP. From 1998 to
2000, Mr. Chronakis served as an Assistant Prosecutor at
the Office of the Hudson County (NJ) Prosecutor, gaining
significant trial and appellate experience. While at the
Prosecutor's Office, Mr. Chronakis briefed and argued
New Jersey v. Cooke, 751 A.2d 92 (2000) before the
Supreme Court of New Jersey, resulting in the unanimous
reversal of two lower courts and significantly impacting
state search and seizure law.
Mr. Chronakis was an Adjunct Professor at Seton Hall
