Biography
Wendy A. Chow
is an Associate at Garfunkel Wild, P.C., which she
joined in 2011. As a member of the firm's Health
Care and Compliance and White Collar Defense
Practice Groups, she advises clients on a wide range of
regulatory and compliance matters. Her practice
focuses primarily on health care fraud and abuse issues,
including representing providers in government audits
and investigations and advising providers on
reimbursement matters.
Prior to joining the firm,
Ms. Chow was an associate at Bradley Arant Boult
Cummings LLP in its health care group, where she advised
clients on both transactional and regulatory issues.
Ms. Chow received her B.A.
in Psychology from Emory University in 2005, and her
J.D. from Loyola New Orleans College of Law in 2008,
cum laude.
