Biography
Shannon Carroll is an Associate at Garfunkel Wild, P.C., which she joined in 2011.  She is a member of the firm's Litigation and Arbitration Practice Group.

Ms. Carroll's practice also includes Guardianship and Conservatorship work. She has been appointed by the court to serve as court appointed attorney, guardian, and guardian ad litem to incapacitated and alleged incapacitated individuals numerous times. Ms. Carroll served as the Public Defender for the Borough of River Edge in 2011.

Prior to joining the Firm, she was an associate at The Epstein Law Firm, P.A., a civil litigation firm in Rochelle Park, New Jersey, where she participated in all aspects of civil litigation from client intake through trial.  In addition, Ms. Carroll served as the law clerk for the Hon. Peter E. Doyne, A.J.S.C. from 2008-2009.  While in law school, she interned for the Hon. Joseph S. Conte, J.S.C.

Ms. Carroll received her B.A. from The College of New Jersey and her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.
